    Job description

    Online interview

Join us and be part of creating Monopoly World – an innovative mobile game that brings the classic board game to life in the real world. As a Junior Game Artist, you’ll help shape the visual identity of a project with global reach. We’re not focused on years of experience – we’re looking for raw skill and potential. If your portfolio shows talent, creativity, and attention to detail – you’re already on our radar.

This role is broad and dynamic. You'll work across game content, UI, marketing materials, and visual polish, gaining real experience in multiple areas of game development and live operations.

Join us full-time at our stunning office located in the heart of Krakow! Situated in a historic building just steps away from the vibrant city center, our workspace blends timeless charm with modern amenities, providing an inspiring setting for your personal and professional growth.

    Responsibilities

    • Support the creation of 2D and 3D assets for environments, UI, icons, characters, and VFX.
    • Help maintain and develop the game’s visual style across all aspects of production.
    • Assist in preparing visuals for marketing materials (e.g., screenshots, promo banners, app store assets).
    • Work closely with senior artists and designers to implement assets in Unity.
    • Take part in optimizing and preparing assets for mobile performance.
    • Contribute ideas and visual solutions for new features and live content.

    Job requirements

    • A strong portfolio that shows your artistic skill, eye for detail, and versatility.
    • Proficiency in at least one key area: 2D illustration, 3D modeling, UI art, or concept art.
    • Basic understanding of game engines (ideally Unity).
    • Good sense of composition, color, and visual hierarchy.
    • Willingness to learn, grow, and iterate based on feedback.
    • Ability to work across disciplines and juggle different visual tasks.

    Nice to have

    • Familiarity with tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Blender, After Effects, or Spine.
    • Experience with simple VFX, shaders, or animation pipelines.
    • Interest in mobile game trends, especially visual design in F2P.
    • Awareness of performance and optimization needs for mobile platforms.

    We offer

    • A chance to work across game and marketing – learn how to build and promote a game from the inside.
    • A supportive team that values growth, creativity, and ownership.
    • Attractive terms of cooperation tailored to your needs (full-time; B2B).
    • Competitive salary.
    • The opportunity to work on a globally visible brand and IP.
    • An office in an iconic building at the city’s historic heart.
