As an Infrastructure Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring the stability, scalability, and security of the systems that power all of Readdle's products and internal services. You’ll be responsible for infrastructure-related integrations, technical support, and critical business systems, including payment and billing operations. This role is based in Warsaw and is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently.
What will you do:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT specialists and engineers.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

Build and develop an IT-related Center of Excellence to provide a modern and customer-friendly approach for employees.

Implement, analyze, and monitor security controls for infrastructure according to the ISO/IEC 27001 standard.

Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve the infrastructure.

Maintain and continuously improve Service Desk processes to ensure efficient and effective user support.

Implement and manage monitoring and alerting systems to ensure high availability and performance.

Lead the incident response process for infrastructure-related issues.

Oversee asset management, purchasing, onboard and offboard processes from an IT perspective

Collaborate with software engineering teams to understand their infrastructure needs and provide support.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization on infrastructure-related matters.

Build a best-in-class IT infrastructure and user support experience
About you:

A customer-first mindset—you enjoy supporting people and creating efficient, user-friendly IT environments

5+ years of experience in system administration or infrastructure management

Experience administering Jira and Jira Service Management (JSM)

Basic hands-on knowledge of AWS or GCP

Familiarity with JAMF administration

Solid communication skills with English at B1–B2 level and fluent Ukrainian

Strong problem-solving skills and a shock-resistant nature—you stay calm and proactive in unexpected situations
