For one of our key clients, we are looking for Workday Functional Specialist and Workday Functional Expert to join the newly formed team and lead the global project of implementing the Workday system in the company.

Your tasks:
- Keep abreast of Workday functional developments and roadmaps in order to drive continuous improvement initiatives and support business strategies and operational needs,
- Provide deep subject matter expertise in designated functional area of Workday in order to solve problems,
- Collaborate with the Product Owner and the IT Workday team,
- Work with countries to design their Workday solution based on the already designed Global Footprint, in partnerships with our Workday deployment partner,
- Analyse global and local HR process requirements and translate these into Workday configuration designs.
What we expect:
- Proven 2-6 years of experience in Workday implementation
- Workday certified in several Workday modules:
- Workday Core HCM- must have
- At least 2 of the following: Time & Absence, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Talent
- Strong functional understanding of HR operations, processes and data definitions
- Functional Consultant experience with at least 1 full end-to-end Workday implementation in a multinational, complex environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Business Analytical skills – ability to actively listen to understand the problem and translate this into clearly articulated solutions which the business can understand
- Organized and disciplined way of working with a consistent track record of meeting deadlines
