Role Overview
We are looking forward to meeting junior/middle/senior analyst, data engineer, DataOps, data architect, data scientist, researcher.
As a new Data Team in Ramp, we are starting with data integration, sustainable Descriptive analytics and A/B testing. But we are rapidly moving towards Predictive and Prescriptive analytics. You will be working closely with the Product Team to make high-impact, data-informed decisions regarding future product development.
We are flexible - we could cooperate on a long-term basis (joining our core team with ESOP, paid holidays and other standard startup goodies) or short-term consultancy; remotely or on-site (relocation possible) in the centre of Warsaw, Wroclaw or London.
Core Responsibilities
👉 Ownership of descriptive analytics platform focused to handle internal reporting, investors/support/financial/legal/regulatory requests and machine learning
👉 Data visualisation
👉 Data migration and integration
👉 Data quality monitoring and improvement
👉 Technical support of data strategy implementation
Candidate Requirements
👉 is friendly and professional; excited by the possibilities of working on the intersection of FinTech and blockchain (no blockchain experience required)
👉 is ready to work (!) in a rapidly scaling up startup. It is not about work for the sake of work - we are directly contributing to the success of our product. We are growing very fast and want to keep users as happy as possible.
👉 has at least +2 years of experience as junior/middle/senior analyst, data engineer, DataOps, data architect, data scientist, researcher
Junior level:
👉 is proficient in running SQL queries,
👉 (will learn) simple data visualization
Middle/senior level:
👉 has at least +2 years of experience in an analytical position
👉 can produce data-based insights to drive product development,
👉 is proficient in running complex SQL queries
Bonus points
👉 have blockchain or fintech-related experience
👉 have experience with BigQuery (or alternatives), visualizing BigQuery data using Data Studio for internal and external users
👉 have experience in using dbt (Data Build Tool); Python, Java; Google Analytics; Airbyte, dataform or alternatives; version control tool (e.g. Git)
👉 have experience in integration of different data sources (Google Analytics, transaction data, other external data)
