About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with experience in key software projects.
You will be responsible for efficient project management, ensuring timeliness and high quality of delivered solutions.
We value the ability to plan, coordinate team work and effectively solve problems.
Good communication and the ability to manage priorities are important.
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
[Kraków, hybrid work - 2 days in office]
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Project Delivery: Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of IT software development projects (web and mobile) for diverse industry clients.
Team Leadership & Facilitation: Guide cross-functional technical teams, lead project meetings, monitor progress against milestones, and ensure alignment with project goals.
Product Ownership: Develop and maintain product/domain understanding and proactively guide clients through the product's lifecycle by running product meetings/workshops, defining effective solutions, and translating them into a clear and actionable product backlog.
Drive projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), including their ceremonies.
Define and manage project scope, track budgets, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Clearly communicate project status to both internal and client-side stakeholders
Take active part in streamlining of existing project management processes
Key Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in leading software projects within a software house or a comparable professional environment.
Proven experience facilitating product workshops during the discovery phase.
Strong skills in gathering requirements and translating them into clear user stories.
Demonstrated ability to lead projects using Scrum methodology.
Experience in preparing project estimations and diligently managing project budgets.
Exceptional communication skills, with C1 English proficiency for engaging client interactions and Polish C1
A strong focus on details, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
Proficiency in both Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
Strong capabilities in planning, analysis, coordination, and insightful reporting.
Adeptness at finding effective solutions and performing under tight deadlines.
Nice to Have:
Experience in product-related roles (eg. Product Owner).
Technical acumen or relevant education.
Experience in supporting sales process from PM perspective.
