Senior Fullstack Developer (Ruby on Rails + React)


[Kraków, Hybrid work]




Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop new features
  2. Maintain applications by monitoring, updating, and repairing existing solutions
  3. Design and implement cutting-edge solutions that have a real impact on the market
  4. Test and debug applications
  5. Collaborate with a team of developers, QA engineers, and UX/UI designers
  6. Work with databases: design and implement schemas, while ensuring their security and performance
  7. Share knowledge and promote best programming practices
  8. Participate in strategic senior meetings and influence the company's technological development
  9. Act as a technical project leader and collaborate with project managers



Key Qualifications:

  1. Strong knowledge of Ruby on Rails and Ruby
  2. Experience in writing unit tests (RSpec)
  3. Proficiency in JavaScript, with experience in React.js or Vue.js
  4. Familiarity with Git and SQL
  5. Communicative English skills (minimum B2+)
  6. A strong sense of responsibility and independence
  7. Proactivity and initiative
  8. Strategic thinking and long-term planning skills
  9. Commitment to personal development and interest in analyzing new technology trends

Nice to have:

  1. Experience with GraphQL, Node.js, and microservices
  2. Previous experience as a Project Team Lead
  3. Familiarity with AWS and CI/CD (e.g., GitLab CI)
  4. Experience with integrations involving LLM (Large Language Model) technologies
