We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in key software projects. You will be responsible for efficient project management, ensuring timeliness and high quality of delivered solutions. We value the ability to plan, coordinate team work and effectively solve problems. Good communication and the ability to manage priorities are important.
- End-to-End Project Delivery: Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of IT software development projects (web and mobile) for diverse industry clients.
- Team Leadership & Facilitation: Guide cross-functional technical teams, lead project meetings, monitor progress against milestones, and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Product Ownership: Develop and maintain product/domain understanding and proactively guide clients through the product's lifecycle by running product meetings/workshops, defining effective solutions, and translating them into a clear and actionable product backlog.
- Drive projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), including their ceremonies.
- Define and manage project scope, track budgets, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Clearly communicate project status to both internal and client-side stakeholders
- Take active part in streamlining of existing project management processes
- Proven Project Leadership: 3+ years steering software projects in a software house environment.
- Agile Expertise: Deep understanding and practical application of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
- Master Communicator: Ability to articulate clearly and conduct engaging client communication - fluent English is a must.
- Results-Oriented Planner: Strong skills in planning, analysis, coordination, and insightful reporting.
- Expert at finding solutions and working effectively within demanding deadlines
- Technical acumen or relevant education.
- Experience in supporting sales process from PM perspective.
- Experience in product-related roles (eg. Product Owner).
