Business Analyst – Product Manager (CRM) 

• being part of efficient Scrum Team developing internal CRM system supporting sales process towards Institutional and Corporate Customers in multiple network banks
• working directly with stakeholders on transforming problems and needs into Product Backlog Items
• cooperating on daily basis with developers, UX designers, business analysts and other members of Scrum Team
• organizing training sessions for users and solving their problems with system
• participating and/or leading backlog prioritization workshops and maintaining product roadmap
• analyzing data sources and interfaces
• supporting test process together with Test Coordinators

• 2 years’ experience working in Financial Services Industry / Banking as business analyst/ product manager
• Ability to communicate in English on daily basis (at least B2, preferred C1)
• process design and optimization experience (you should have experience with one of following techniques: user story mapping, design thinking, event storming and/or other)
• ability to deal with multiple tasks at the same time
• intellectual and analytical curiosity – initiative to dig into the why, what and how
• commercial acumen - demonstrating a strong, creative analytical approach with attention to detail and the ability to articulate thoughts & solutions in a logical manner
• working experience in Agile/Scrum environment
• nice to have: experience with SQL, data analysis and programming
