⚽ What You’ll Do

• Develop the platform and APIs using the Django framework: Build and maintain robust, scalable backend systems and APIs that power the platform and integrate with various front-end services.
• Collaborate with the engineering team: Work closely with other engineers to create seamless user experiences by ensuring smooth integration between the frontend and backend.
• Optimize Django applications for speed and efficiency: Identify bottlenecks and optimize code to ensure that applications are fast, efficient, and scalable to meet business needs.
• Debug and resolve issues within the codebase: Identify and fix bugs and performance issues in the application code.
• Stay current about Django updates and best practices: Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in the Django ecosystem and ensure your work follows best practices.
• Assist in code reviews: Contribute to and participate in regular code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
• Implement and maintain database models and relationships: Design and manage database models and relationships, ensuring data integrity and efficiency.

⭐ Who You Are

• Strong English language skills are a must.
• 3-5 years of experience with Django; only Python experience is not enough.
• Ideally, you have experience with an e-commerce platform supporting multiple languages and markets.
• You’ve worked in an international work environment.
• Familiarity with other technologies such as PostgreSQL, Airflow, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• You have some projects available on Github.com showcasing your work.
