Scrum master

Must have:

• Prior experience on a scrum team
• Ideally you have been a project manager or development manager
• Ability to work with and lead a team
• If you have a background in trading software, it would be a plus
• Be a team player
• Min. Master degree in software engineering
• A proactive person who can drive changes. The company isn’t interested in consultants, we would like to have a perosn who can not just see problems, but help teams to solve it
• Ability to have business trips to Paris every 3-6 months
• Your location only Ukraine or Poland

Responsibilities

• Work on one or two product lines.
• Participate with the product owner and development team in the product and clientdevelopment
• Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization
• Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments
• Help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agileframework
• Work with the project teams in the deadlines and deliveries
• Support the product owner and provide education where needed
• Prepare management reporting
