QA General (Junior) with Python to the Performance Team

What We’re Looking For:

Must-Have Skills:

• Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in software testing, development, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
• Basic experience with Python for writing automated tests, and scripting.
• Comfortable working in a Linux environment for running tests, troubleshooting, and monitoring hardware load.
• Problem-Solving: Able to identify performance issues and suggest possible solutions.
• Team Player: Able to work well in a team and communicate clearly with colleagues.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Some familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Locust) is a plus.
• Experience with basic performance testing concepts (e.g., load, stress, response time).
• Experience with performance metrics

What You’ll Do:

• Test Performance: Assist in testing and analyzing the performance of desktop applications to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Automate Tests: Write automated tests in Python to check the performance of applications and help identify areas for improvement.
• Work with Linux: Use Linux to run tests, analyze logs, and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with developers and other QA engineers to report and resolve performance-related issues.
• Improve Testing Processes: Assist in enhancing performance testing procedures and tools to increase test coverage and efficiency.

1. Technical Test — 20 min (Python and Testing)
2. HR Interview — 30 min
3. Technical Interview with a Head of QA/QA Manager and Team Member — 60-90 min
4. Interview with Head of Country/HR and Scrum Master — 30min (in English)
