We are looking for an experienced and driven IT Project Manager who excels at leading complex projects from concept to delivery in fast-paced, multicultural environments. Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
2. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
3. Defining project scope and developing project objectives by collaborating with all interested parties
4. Ensuring projects are practically and technically achievable
5. Ensure resource availability and allocation
6. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
7. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
8. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
9. Report and escalate to management as needed
10. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
11. Perform risk management to minimize project risks
12. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
13. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Our requirements:

Essential

1. 3+ years of proven working experience as a project manager/administrator in the information technology sector preferably within large-scale projects or programs in multicultural environments
2. Solid professional background, including business skills, management, leadership, budgeting and analysis
3. Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
4. Experience in delivering projects within an Agile development environment
5. Strong results-oriented and independent work ethic with a drive for progress and a strong focus on quality
6. Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills, irrespective of format or media
8. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
9. Business level written and verbal English

Desirable

1. CCM or Multi-Channel Communication deployment and/or implementation projects
2. Proficiency in agile management tools such as JIRA, CONFLUENCE
3. Business level written and verbal Polish
4. Business level written and verbal German
5. PRINCE II certification
