Your job will consist of 

• Day-to-day work with Python. 
• Backend frameworks such as Flask and FastAPI. 
• Extensive use of libraries: SQLAlchemy, Alembic, pydantic, NumPy, pandas, RQ, Marshmallow. 
• GitFlow/MLFlow approach for CI/CD. 
• Azure solutions on DevOps side, backed by Docker, Kubernetes and Terraform. 
• Proposing solutions for the software architecture. 
• Supporting other team members through knowledge sharing and technical guidance. 

You are our next Talent if you have:  

• at least 5 years of experience working on projects with Python and continue to love it. 
• extensive knowledge of the libraries listed above. 
• experience working in a small team based on Git workflow.
• a natural curiosity and openness to new ideas and tools. 
• a high sense of responsibility. 
• Your communication skills are excellent - you are able to give honest feedback.  
• You are ready to face challenges and solve complex technical problems. 
• English level B2 - intermediate, communicative.
• You enjoy working with people and don't mind occasional f2f meetings with the team. 

It is great if, in addition: 

• You have worked in the Insurance industry.
• You have experience working in a fast-growing startup and working remotely

What can we offer you? 🫴 

• Salary: B2B 25 000 – 30 000 net/ monthly PLN + VAT 
• Work model: Remote, but you also have the opportunity to work from our office in Warsaw. 
• Working hours: we have fully flexible working hours, but are keen for you to be present at status and team meetings.
