Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role 

As a CloudOps/DevOps Engineer at QualityMinds, you will maintain and improve cloud environments and deployment processes, with a strong focus on CI/CD automation and system reliability. You will work on monitoring, troubleshooting, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance infrastructure and workflows. We value practical solutions, clear communication, and shared ownership of results. Requirements

• At least 10 years of professional IT experience

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles

• Strong practical experience with Terraform

• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)

• Proficiency in scripting with Python and Bash

• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)

• Experience with observability, monitoring and logging (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, OpenTelemetry, Datadog, New Relic)

• Familiarity with developer tools and middleware integration

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset

• Good understanding of DevOps methodologies and Agile development environments 

• Strong Linux system skills and familiarity with networking fundamentals

• Fluent in spoken and written English (minimum B2 level)

Salary range 

B2B contract: 21 000 - 29 000 PLN net
