Junior Project Specialist with German

We are looking for a motivated Junior Project Specialist to support project delivery in collaboration with a project lead. This role is ideal for someone with strong language skills and a basic understanding of IT and project management processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in rolling out a standard tool at customer sites following established procedures and templates.

• Collaborate closely with the German project lead to ensure smooth implementation.

• Provide basic support and troubleshooting during tool deployment.

• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and document project progress.

• Prepare and configure customer instances (e.g. system setup, basic testing)

• Support go-live activities and document results and basic understanding of marketing activities

Requirements

• Language: C1 level proficiency in German

• Technical Knowledge:

  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar

  • Basic IT skills.

  • Basic understanding of project management principles.

• Ability to quickly familiarise with intuitive tools

• Strong organisational and communication skills.

• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.
