Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Architect

We are looking for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Architect.

Your future role:

• Helping identify, pursue and close strategic business development opportunities while continually driving add-on business within existing projects,
• Defining solution proposals for customers’ problems and growth opportunities. This includes effective use of the company methods and frameworks, industry standards or collaboration network inside and outside of the company,
• Playing an active role in the project team in definition of the optimized business processes, structured requirements analysis, providing input for project scope or product backlog, prioritizing the requirements, helping customers to define MVP and product roadmaps,
• Working independently with the client (conducting workshops with the client, running demos, presenting or implementing solutions to customers) and effective in fostering executive level relationships;
• Configuring and making the solution working according to requirements,
• Delivering fit-gap analysis for the solution requirements with reference to standard capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations,
• Providing guidance to the customers on how to get the best value from the proposed solution, 
• Proactively sharing knowledge as well as introducing new people to the team and teaching others,
• The role requires an individual who is resourceful, confident under pressure, and has demonstrated skill in both crisis management and expectation management.

Apply, if you have:

• 10+ years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics F&O (Dynamics AX) Consultant or Architect, with at least five end-to-end projects in portfolio,
• Ability to configure and parametrise the system,
• Understanding of customization patterns within Dynamics 365 Finance and SCM at the level allowing to specify custom solutions for developers,
• Experience in business processes including Finance, Manufacturing, Retail and Supply Chain is required. In depth expertise in one of the areas is a key for this role,
• Understanding of infrastructure, Azure D365 Deployments, integrations and customizations within Dynamics 365 F&O at the level allowing to estimate, blueprint the solution and build credibility within the client,
• Confidence to inspire and guide people towards a common goal for everyone’s benefit,
• Ability to perform and document the results of business and system analysis (e.g. in form of users stories, processes, diagrams);
• Very good communication and presentation skills,
• Good understanding of agile and waterfall project management and software development approaches,
• Open-minded, seeking for innovative solutions,
• Creative approach for solving common challenges across projects,
• Self-Starter Attitude,
• Capable to manage communication in a team, moderate discussions, draw constructive conclusions, resolve conflicts,
• Fluent English. 

Nice to have:

• Proven track record of working with leadership teams to implement complex business requirements within Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or earlier versions,
• Microsoft Certifications will be considered as a serious advantage,
• Advanced level knowledge on at least one industry (Retail, Manufacturing, Finance, Telecom, FMCG, Banking, Automotive),
• Proven track of working with other leading ERP platforms will be considered as serious advantage,
• A self-motivated digital solutions enthusiast who thrives in a fast-paced environment,
• Experience in working in Agile projects,
• Strategic thinking and tactical project planning/management skills,
• Other European languages on the B2+ level will be considered as a serious advantage.
