Our Living Well Plus app is a CE-certified Class I medical device that provides evidence-based behavioral and mental health support, helping patients manage stress, anxiety, and depression through psycho-oncological interventions and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).
Living Well Plus is reimbursed by selected German health insurance providers (Krankenkassen), enabling patients to access the platform at no personal cost. We are actively growing our reach across the German market and beyond, helping more patients on their cancer journey.
📣 Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager who can independently plan, build, and optimize advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads. You know every aspect of campaign configuration, audience targeting, bidding, tracking, and reporting.
What sets this role apart: you don’t just use AI, you build with it. You can design and deploy AI-powered workflows, create autonomous agents for campaign management and reporting, and integrate AI tools into scalable marketing systems. You’re comfortable working in a terminal, using Git, writing prompts-as-code, and leveraging tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot to build solutions that would normally require a developer. At the same time, you understand that AI requires human oversight, so you architect systems with quality controls, review loops, and manual checkpoints where they matter.
🔸 Responsibilities
● Develop and execute performance marketing strategies with a focus on patient acquisition
● Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant channels
● Plan, launch, and iterate on campaign structures, including audience targeting, bidding strategies, ad copy testing, and budget allocation
● Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to continuously improve performance
● Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness (CPI, CTR, CVR, ROAS, CAC) with data-driven recommendations
● Build and maintain AI-powered marketing workflows: automated reporting, ad copy generation, creative testing, audience analysis, and bid optimization
● Design agentic AI systems that handle repetitive marketing tasks under human supervision, with built-in quality controls and review checkpoints
● Critically evaluate AI-generated outputs, apply corrections, and ensure quality before deployment
● Own and maintain the marketing tracking stack: Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Firebase Analytics, and consent management
● Configure and troubleshoot conversion tracking across platforms, including app attribution (AppsFlyer/SKAN) and server-side event forwarding
● Analyze user behavior and funnel performance to identify growth opportunities and conversion bottlenecks
● Collaborate with content creators, designers, and web development teams to ensure campaign assets are optimized
● Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for stakeholders
● Stay current with agentic AI developments, platform updates, industry trends, and regulatory changes affecting digital advertising
🔸 REQUIREMENTS
Must Have
● Minimum 4-5 years in performance marketing or digital marketing with a strong hands-on track record
● Proven expertise managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end (campaign structure, bidding, audiences, optimization)
● Hands-on experience building AI-powered workflows and automation for marketing (not just prompting LLMs, but designing multi-step systems, agents, and integrations)
● Working knowledge of AI coding tools (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) and comfort working in a terminal, with Git, and with code-level marketing automation
● Ability to critically assess AI-generated outputs and architect systems with appropriate human oversight
● Strong proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and at least one mobile analytics platform (Firebase, AppsFlyer, or equivalent)
● Understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR/DSGVO) and their impact on advertising and tracking
● Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of ROI optimization
● Fluent English (working language)

● German language skills
● Experience in healthcare, digital health, medical devices, or regulated industries
● Knowledge of app marketing (iOS/Android), mobile attribution (SKAN, AppsFlyer)
● Hands-on experience with Webflow, HTML/CSS, or landing page builders
● Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Make.com, Mailchimp, or similar)
● Experience with SEO tools and strategy (Semrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console)
● Certifications: Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, GA4, or similar
● Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in a startup environment with evolving priorities
