Product Designer (Mid-Level) – Join Our Agile Team!

What You’ll Do:

• Lead User Research: Conduct user interviews, workshops, and data analysis to uncover needs and define actionable requirements.

• Collaborate Closely: Build strong relationships with users and stakeholders to understand evolving business needs and anticipate requirements.

• Design Thoughtful Solutions: Create user-centered designs that balance functionality, usability, and complexity, with a focus on user experience.

• Work with UI Designers: Collaborate with UI Designers to translate complex concepts into clear, intuitive interfaces.

• Support Product Roadmap: Help prioritize design initiatives, contribute to the product roadmap, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Communicate Design Concepts: Present and discuss design ideas with stakeholders and developers, ensuring that designs meet both business and user needs.

• Iterate and Improve: Participate in the development process, from concept through testing, to continuously refine and improve the user experience.

• Drive Change: Continuously analyze and optimize the user journey across the product lifecycle.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong Listening Skills: You actively engage, empathize, and understand what users and stakeholders need.

• Analytical & Conceptual Thinking: You see patterns, think systemically, and use root-cause analysis to solve complex problems.

• Excellent Communication: You communicate design concepts clearly to different teams and skill sets, ensuring alignment across all areas.

• Solid Experience: 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design, product design, or related fields. You have a strong foundation in designing user-centered systems.

• User-Centered Expertise: A deep understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, and human factors.

• Collaboration & People Skills: You work well with others, can diplomatically navigate conversations, and are open to feedback.

• Prioritization Skills: You can evaluate competing business needs and prioritize design initiatives effectively.

• Project Management: You are able to manage multiple design tasks and projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
