We are seeking a growth-focused Web Developer to join our Marketing Team and take a key role in evolving our website. This role sits within Marketing and focuses on building, improving, and continuously optimising our website to drive lead generation, performance, and revenue growth.
You’ll work primarily within HubSpot CMS, delivering high-quality landing pages, implementing new modules, fixing issues, and improving site performance and conversion.
You won’t be working in isolation — you’ll collaborate with SEO experts, analysts, and marketing teams. Your role is to turn ideas into live, high-performing solutions on the website.
This is not a task-only execution role. We’re looking for someone who understands the “why” behind what they build and enjoys improving how things work, not just delivering tickets.

Responsibilities:
HubSpot Ownership: Develop, customize, and maintain our ecosystem within HubSpot CMS, including custom modules and templates (HubL).
Conversion Optimization: Build and optimize high-performing landing pages to drive lead generation and campaign success.
Technical Excellence: Troubleshoot front-end issues, resolve bugs, and ensure seamless cross-browser and responsive performance.
Performance & SEO Implementation: Improve site speed and Core Web Vitals, and implement technical SEO recommendations provided by internal teams or external experts.
Data & Tracking Implementation: Implement and maintain tracking (e.g. GA4, GTM, HubSpot), ensuring data accuracy in collaboration with analysts or external partners.
Experimentation & Growth Support: Collaborate with Design, Content, and Revenue teams to implement A/B tests, CRO initiatives, and UX improvements.

Technical Expertise:
HubSpot Expert: Proven experience with HubSpot CMS and HubL (essential).
Core Stack: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Modern Workflow: Experience with Git/version control and integrating AI tools to streamline development and workflows.
Performance Mindset: Skilled in debugging and front-end performance optimisation; comfortable working with integrations when needed.
Marketing & Strategic Awareness:
Growth Awareness: You understand the basics of CRO, user journeys, and funnel thinking, and can translate business goals into practical website improvements.
Commercial Mindset: Awareness of how web architecture and site performance directly impact lead generation and business growth.
Execution & Balance: Ability to balance technical stability and high-speed performance with aesthetic appeal and usability.
Proactive Problem-Solving: You don’t wait for a detailed brief; you identify opportunities, propose solutions, and thrive in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment.
AI-Driven Approach: You’re comfortable using AI tools to speed up your work, explore solutions, and improve how things are built and optimised.
Nice to Have:
Experience in B2B or SaaS sectors.
Experience supporting or implementing A/B tests and experimentation
Basic understanding of CRM logic and marketing automation.
