Work hand-in-hand with PMs to translate product strategy and analytics into actionable UX improvements and product development
Prepare and facilitate co-creation workshops to explore ideas and solutions
Present your work during our UX biweekly, gathering feedback from the broader product and engineering team (we care about aligning the entire team on new product directions)
Stay up-to-date with UX/UI trends and industry reports to support your design decisions with evidence
Regularly participate in weekly UX team meetings and quarterly planning sessions (on-site at our Poznań office).
