AdTech Developer (remote in Poland)

We are currently seeking an AdTech Developer to join our team and help shape the future of our Suite platform — an all-in-one tool for managing and monitoring advertising campaigns across multiple channels. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining integrations that allow users to run and optimize campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads, with potential expansion to others like TikTok, Snapchat, X, and various metasearch engines.

Daily activities:

• Developing and maintaining two-way API integrations with advertising platforms — both for data retrieval (reporting) and campaign management.
• Ensuring seamless communication between our backend application and external ad services.
• Continuously improving the Suite platform to enhance user experience and campaign performance.

Requirements

• Technical and business background in digital advertising.
• Hands-on experience with advertising APIs (e.g., Google Ads API or Facebook Ads API).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software development using PHP (8.3+) or Node.js, with knowledge of MySQL or MariaDB, and solid understanding of OOP.
• Familiarity with software development best practices and design patterns.
• A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of end-to-end product development (backend, frontend, testing).
• Strong communication skills in Polish (at least B2) and English (at least B2) — both written and spoken.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
• Experience working with RabbitMQ or similar message brokers.
• A full-stack skillset, especially with Vue 3 on the frontend.
