Product Manager for Algorithmic Products

We are looking for a passionate Product Manager to join our innovative team to lead our Algorithmic Products Roadmap in a growing area of business for P&G. In this role, you will use your technical expertise to join cross-functional teams in developing new features, technology strategies, and transform the future with AI. This role will have great visibility in interacting directly with the business as you lead engagements directly with stakeholders from all levels of the company.

Responsibilities: 

• Define Product Roadmap in partnership with IT Product Director and with business & IT stakeholders, up to Vice President.
• Define Roadmap of business activations and technical innovation.
• Lead activation and measurement across markets and capabilities through a global multifunctional organization.
• Partner with of Data Science and AI Engineering on building and operating Algorithmic Products.

Job Qualifications

• 2-3+ years in product management roles family including managing E2E product lifecycle and leading stakeholder engagements. 
• 2-3+ years in hands on technical experience or educational background in AI, algorithmic products, big data, or similar.
• In-depth understanding of Data Science.
• Experience leading Business Process Transformation.
• Willingness to go deep on the product knowledge and to play a hands-on role with the Team.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum framework.
• At least a Bachelor’s degree, preferred engineering studies in Big Data, AI, Information Technology, Computer Science or similar.
