Tax Data Manager

At Pretius, we are looking for an Tax Data Manager to a project in the financial industry, international team.

Project / Role

• Accountability for data quality, consistency, completeness, and readiness across all stages of the compliance process

• Definition and enforcement of data processing standards, including data flow management and validation checkpoints

• Identification, analysis, and escalation of data issues, including proactive risk management impacting quality and timelines

• Leadership of the data analyst team, including work allocation, quality oversight, and capability development

• Ensuring robust controls, audit trails, and full data lineage and transparency

• Oversight of automation and AI usage in data operations, including validation of outputs

• Coordination of data onboarding and reporting cycles, with standardisation across teams and territories

• Cross-functional collaboration with operational, technology, and business teams to ensure delivery continuity and quality

• Monitoring KPIs, reporting on data operations performance, and driving continuous improvement and automation

• Development and maintenance of standards, procedures, and operational documentation

Requirements

• Experience in data quality management, data operations, and leading technical teams

• Strong problem-solving and operational decision-making skills

• Experience working with stakeholders

• Knowledge of control processes and data quality standards

• Ability to standardise and optimise processes

• Familiarity with automation environments and AI solutions

• Ability to interpret system outputs and data quality signals

• Solid operational and business awareness

• Excellent English (min. C1)
