Senior PMO with GenAI

At Pretius we are looking for Senior PMO with GenAI to a project in the financial industry, international team.

Location: remote

Salary: 150-200 pln netto/h

Project / Role

• Define and drive the product strategy for GenAI-based solutions aligned with business goals
• Own and manage the full product lifecycle - from idea to launch and optimization
• Build and maintain a clear, data-driven product roadmap and prioritize the backlog accordingly
• Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, UX/UI, and business stakeholders
• Monitor market trends and GenAI advancements to identify new product opportunities
• Coordinate product launches, ensure smooth transitions to operations, and track post-launch performance
• Ensure product compliance with corporate standards, policies, and quality requirements
• Support internal governance processes, stakeholder reviews, and GenAI product performance reporting

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in PMO or IT project management
• Hands-on experience with GenAI: LLMs, Chatbots, AI Agents, RAG
• Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office; SharePoint and ITIL knowledge are a plus
• Fluent in English (min. B2)
• Degree in IT, engineering, or related field preferred
