Senior Associate

At Pretius, we are looking for Senior Associate to a project in the financial industry, international team.

Project / Role

• Provide support to the project team in day-to-day operational tasks and project activities. 

• Collaborate with developers and product managers on testing, documentation, and capturing business requirements. 

• Assist application users with functionality-related questions and issue resolution. 

• Lead onboarding activities for new users, including training sessions and preparation of instructional materials. 

• Support communication between the technical team and business stakeholders. 

• Monitor application performance and proactively suggest improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in project work or operational support. 

• Strong communication skills to interact with technical and business stakeholders. 

• Understanding of basic business processes and application usage. 

• Excellent organizational and analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving. 

• Fluent English (C1 level), both written and spoken.  

Nice to have

• Experience using AI solutions in business processes. 

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and understanding of the application development lifecycle (SDLC). 

• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow). 

• Ability to create user documentation and training materials.
