Project Manager

At Pretius, we are looking for an Project Manager to a project in the financial industry, international team.

Project / Role

• Manage a portfolio of projects or selected initiatives within a strategic cultural development program.

• Deliver projects within one of several thematic areas (e.g., Sports, Events, Culture).

• Support PMO activities and oversee the execution of project initiatives.

• Coordinate stakeholders across multiple functions and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and risk assessments.

• Monitor project performance and drive timely delivery of key milestones.

• Initially, the role will follow a rotational model (3 weeks on-site in Riyadh / 1 week in Poland), with a planned transition to a balanced 2/2 schedule.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project, program, or portfolio management.

• Hands-on experience in PMO structures or transformation initiatives.

• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, international environment.

• Industry background is flexible – we value strong project management capabilities.

• Experience in international projects will be considered an advantage.
