Migration Specialist

At Pretius, we are looking for Migration Specialist to a project in the financial industry, international team.

Project / Role

• Plan and execute data migration activities across systems and environments

• Design, develop, and optimize SQL scripts for data extraction, transformation, and loading

• Work with ETL processes and migration tools to ensure accurate and efficient data transfer

• Analyze source and target data structures and map data accordingly

• Perform data cleansing, reconciliation, and validation checks

• Ensure high data quality and consistency throughout migration cycles

• Collaborate with project teams, architects, and business stakeholders

• Support testing, troubleshooting, and post-migration verification

Requirements

• Proven experience working with databases and large data sets

• Hands-on experience with ETL processes and migration tools

• Strong proficiency in SQL and writing advanced SQL scripts

• Solid understanding of data quality, data validation, and reconciliation techniques

• Experience in data mapping and transformation logic

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
