IT Business Analyst (Regulatory & Data Platforms)

At Pretius, we are looking for IT Business Analyst (Regulatory & Data Platforms) to a project in the financial industry, international team.

Project / Role

• Act as a bridge between business, regulatory, and IT stakeholders

• Analyze business and regulatory requirements and translate them into clear IT requirements

• Support and develop decision support and data platform initiatives

• Lead or contribute to pre-studies, needs assessments, and improvement initiatives

• Take ownership of selected project management activities within regulatory/data projects

• Collaborate with architects, developers, and data teams to ensure correct implementation

• Ensure traceability from regulatory requirements to delivered IT solutions

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with decision support and/or data platforms

• 3+ years of experience in business and requirements analysis

• Hands-on experience translating regulatory requirements (e.g., Solvency II, Basel, GDPR) into IT and functional specifications

• Ability to act in a project manager capacity when needed

• Experience conducting pre-studies, needs analyses, and process improvement work

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Very good English (spoken and written)
