Databricks Developer

At Pretius, we are looking for Databricks Developer to a project in the financial industry, international team.

Project / Role

• Designing and implementing ETL processes in Databricks (Lakehouse, Delta Lake)

• Building and optimizing data pipelines using PySpark, SQL, and Python

• Integration with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and external systems

• Ensuring security and compliance with Unity Catalog

• Automating deployments (CI/CD) and monitoring cluster performance

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in data engineering / big data area

• Practical experience in projects based on Databricks and Spark 

• Very good knowledge of Databricks (Workspace, Jobs API, Lakehouse)

• Experience with Python (PySpark) and SQL

• Excellent English (min. C1)

Nice to have

• Experience in AI/ML (MLflow, RAG pipelines)

• Experience with law, taxes, or finance sectors
