Business Analyst

At Pretius we are looking for Business Analyst to international project for a client from the crypto industry, focused on extending an existing tax platform with advanced functionalities. The project aims to support 9 new complex tax forms, while ensuring high scalability, process automation and seamless integration with AI-powered tools.

Project / Role

• Gather, analyze and translate business and regulatory requirements into functional specifications

• Collaborate with developers and architects to support the design of scalable web solutions

• Define data structures, validation rules and transformation logic for complex tax forms

• Support integration of AI tools for requirements analysis, documentation automation and risk prediction

• Cooperate with distributed teams and facilitate communication between business and technical stakeholders

• Support quality assurance, acceptance testing and ensure compliance with tax and security regulations

• Contribute to process improvements and standardization across project workstreams

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst in IT or digital transformation projects

• Strong understanding of web applications and backend/frontend architectures

• Expertise in working with complex data structures and validation scenarios

• Familiarity with cloud-based solutions (preferably Microsoft Azure)

• Experience working in international, distributed teams

• Experience in fintech, crypto or tax-related projects

• Understanding of microservices and REST API architectures

• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Jira AI, Miro AI)

• Knowledge of SQL Server or NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB)
