AI Python Senior Engineer

At Pretius we are looking for AI Python Senior Engineera to a project in the financial industry, international team.

Location: remote

Salary: 160-200 pln netto/h

Project / Role

• Lead the architecture and development of AI solutions, ensuring scalability and security
• Define priorities, timelines, and coordinate with stakeholders to align with business needs
• Establish best coding practices and ensure compliance with security regulations
• Develop APIs for AI integration, leveraging Python and C#/.NET expertise
• Oversee CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and cloud deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Manage containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) and system monitoring
• Mentor the team and shape the AI strategy within the organization

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development with Python and C#/.NET
• Strong expertise in AI/ML architectures, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and DevOps tools
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation (Terraform, Ansible), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Deep understanding of API design, security standards, and scalable system development
• Proven leadership skills in mentoring teams and driving AI initiatives
• Fluent English (B2/C1) for effective communication and documentation
