Senior Business Analyst – Generative AI

We’re a software house passionate about building solutions that change how our clients use data and artificial intelligence. For over 9 years, we’ve been developing innovative AI-driven products such as InfraSenses and SolarSpy — not just using ready-made tools, but also building machine learning models from scratch.

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst in Generative AI (4–7 years of experience) for our client in the insurance industry, who can bridge the gap between AI innovation and business value. The ideal candidate has a strong background in business process analysis and GenAI solution implementation, with the ability to define and measure impact (KPI, ROI), and is proficient in platforms such as Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI, and Hugging Face.

Key Responsibilities:

GenAI

• Track usage, adoption, and performance of all deployed use cases

• Define and report KPIs and business impact

• Drive user onboarding, feedback collection, and enhancements

• Lead change management, communication, and training

• Share success stories, and measure ROI of AI efforts

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Translate technical GenAI capabilities into business outcomes:

  • “Reducing customer support costs by 30% via AI agents.”

  • “Accelerating contract drafting by 50% with GPT-4-assisted tools.”

• Manage expectations around probabilistic outputs (e.g., fact-checking workflows for GenAI content).

Performance & Governance

• Develop GenAI-specific KPIs:

  • Token cost per interaction, user trust scores, automation rate.

  • Model drift detection and retraining triggers.

• Design audit frameworks for regulatory compliance (EU AI Act, industry standards).

Technical & Tools

• GenAI Knowledge:

  • Hands-on experience with prompt engineering.

  • Understanding of Gen AI specific terminologies e.g. tokens.

  • Familiarity with tools: Azure OpenAI Studio, GCP Vertex AI, Hugging Face.

• Business Analysis:

  • Extensive experience in the Insurance industry.

  • Advanced user story mapping for multi-agent workflows (AutoGen, CrewAI).

  • Process modeling (BPMN) for AI-human collaboration.

• Data Fluency:

  • SQL/Python basics to validate training data quality.

What We're Looking For:

• Education: Bachelors/Masters/MBA in CS or equivalent industry experience (5+ years in ML, 2+ in GenAI).

• Preferred Certifications (1+ required, at least 1 in Gen AI/AI preferred):

  • IIBA CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)

  • PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis)

  • Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900)

  • Google Cloud Generative AI Certification

  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)

  • Insurance specific certifications like AINS
