E-commerce Mobile Application Developer

As an E-commerce Mobile Application Developer, you will be part of the Global Custom Software Solutions team in Wroclaw, enhancing PPG’s robust mobile application catalog. Applicants for the position will be expected to be self-driven, coordinate with team members in-person and remotely, and delivery high quality applications based on customer expectations.  To successfully perform this role, the applicant must be able to fully comprehend and implement functional and non-functional requirements, have a strong familiarity with software engineering principles, follow best practices identified at the team and organization level, and actively communicate with other team members.

Requirements: 

• 2-5 years of experience in .NET MAUI / C# / .NET / Xamarin Forms

• Proficiency/experience with Native iOS (Swift) / Android development (Java)

• Experience with RESTful APIs and database integration

• Familiarity with Azure B2C, DevOps process, and Azure DevOps

• Experience working in Scrum teams, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver functionality

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Effective collaboration with multiple different positions inside and outside of the Scrum team

• Attention to detail to ensure delivery of high quality applications

• Upper-intermediate English

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, maintain, and deploy high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android.

• Ensure applications are optimized for performance, scalability, and security.

• Utilize Azure DevOps as the source for project and development documentation to ensure efficiency, create Technical Debt backlog, and manage and track execution of it.

• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve application code quality.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes.

• Support technical and personal skills evolution for all development team members by embracing and following agile practice. 

• Ensuring solutions are aligned to PPG IT strategies and maintain compliance to architectural standards and principles.

• Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
