    Hey, Michał here (@msmialko), CEO of Pompom.
    Pompom is a brand new startup in Kraków. We're looking for folks who love building apps for Apple's ecosystem.
    If you're up to build new products from scratch and work in a fast-paced environment with a lot of unknowns - Pompom is the right place :)

    About Pompom
    1. 🎤 Pompom is “Sketch for Audio”.  We're in the golden age of audio (just look at the growth of podcasts / smart speakers / AirPods), and Pompom is joining this trend. Pompom helps audio-creators in recording, editing, and marketing their shows.
    2. 🧰 Tech - we’re using a lot of fun frameworks (SwiftUI, Core Audio, Metal, CoreML, TextKit). Pompom’s apps are fully native, written in SwiftUI.
    3. 🤔 Dream - get an Apple Design Award because why not :-)

    What's my day gonna look like?
    1. We'll be primarily building Pompom iOS and macOS apps.
    2. You'll be helping in building a Roadmap for our product (coming up with new feature ideas and priorities).

    How much / where?
    1. [💵] 9k - 18k PLN net B2B + equity
    2. [📍] Kraków, Poland.
    3. [🏢/🏡] We don’t have an office yet but we believe that working together in the same room boosts creativity. We want to spend at least 3 days a week in the office.

    What's the Interview Process?
    1. First, we'll ask you to complete a quick technical survey.
    2. Then, we'll chat on a 10-min call to talk about things you've done in the past.
    3. Finally, we'll meet over a cup of coffee for an hour to talk about your past projects, goals for the future, and technical skills.
