Currently, we’re seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer for a client’s project that aims to simplify healthcare. The mobile-first platform consolidates an employer's benefits package, guiding employees to affordable, quality care. It includes virtual services like general and primary care, chronic condition management, mental health services, and expert opinions. The project is planned for 1 year, with potential long-term collaboration.
Get ready to:
- Lead and collaborate architectural decisions and design best practices
- Envision, build and implement new features into the platform
- Provide client platform engineering and DevOps tooling subject matter expertise to adjacent IT, Security, Support and Engineering teams

Collaborate with engineering and product team members to improve quality and velocity
- Create a scalable solution to serve our growing user base
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for integrating changes and deploying to production in progressively tested environments
- Coach the team on development and testing best practices
- Lead troubleshooting of critical production incidents and other customer issues in production, towards resolution and drive continuous improvement of code quality and technology adaptations
- Exhibit accountability at both a personal and team level
If you have…
- Willingness to work with a US-based client with overlapping hours from 3 PM to 7 PM Polish time

8+ years experience of DevOps, infrastructure, or site reliability experience
- 6+ years of experience in related automation roles, with experience in cloud services (AWS) and expertise in Python
- Track record of developing on backend frameworks such as Asyncio, FastAPI, Flask, SQLAlchemy, or equivalent
- Experience CI/CD pipelines
- Proficiency in working with a microservices architecture.
- At ease in the AWS ecosystem
- Familiarity with Kubernetes
- Experience with Grafana, Loki, Mimir and SQL Database optimization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
