Their browser-based platform allows seamless access to drawings, animations, 3D tools, and videos from anywhere. With over 2 million registered users and 70,000 active daily accounts, their client portfolio includes industry leaders such as Riot Games, Wooga, and Wildbrain. What You'll do
- Define and track key product success metrics.
- Analyze user engagement, reduce churn, and optimize conversion.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and issues to inform product strategy.
- Develop and maintain predictive models and recommendation algorithms.
- Present a weekly “Weather Report” with key metrics, trends, and insights
- Build and optimize data pipelines (ETL) using a modern tech stack.
- Improve Python and C++ analytics models and contribute to TypeScript analytics.
- Create dashboards and reports for leadership and investors.
- Support GTM strategy and collaborate with CPO & CEO on key metrics.

What You’ll need
- Proven track record in a startup or product-focused company that successfully scaled thanks to data-informed strategy.
- Wide experience of working closely with the product and having a deep understanding of product development.
- Proven experience in product analytics, defining success metrics, measuring feature impact, and generating insights.
- Strong understanding of user retention and conversion, diagnosing churn, optimizing funnels, and boosting engagement.
- Proficiency in data engineering, including data structures, modeling, and scalable ETL pipelines.
- Experience with databases and querying, including SQL (PostgreSQL, Clickhouse) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
- Hands-on experience in building executive-level dashboards and investor-ready data visualizations.
- Ability to use or willingness to learn AI and automation tools to optimize workflows.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Availability for daily standups, scrum rituals, and at least 2 hours overlap with CET & CT time zones.
