5+ years of data engineering experience, ideally in fast-paced or startup environments.

Fluent in SQL and Python

Wide range of experience working with data warehouses, data monitoring, building and maintaining ETL pipelines, architectures and data sets. Preferably in GCP (BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc)

Experience with visualization software: Metabase, Looker, Tableau, etc.

Experience creating integrations, writing clean and efficient SQL, and building reusable tools for automation and data transformation.

Strong analytic skills related to working with structured and unstructured datasets.

Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English.

Collaborate with internal teams to understand their data needs and deliver the right dashboards, reports, or data extracts.

Build and maintain dashboards in Metabase to support product, marketing, and Creator teams.

Manage and maintain data pipelines (Hevo) and lightweight custom scripting (Python/SQL).

Ensure the reliability and accuracy of data used for reporting, product analysis, and team insights.

Support light troubleshooting, debugging, and syncing of data from multiple sources.
