AI researcher & engineer

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on AI/ML research & implementation experience, with a focus on voice-to-text and voice-to-voice applications
• Strong expertise in Python for data science and ML
• Deep knowledge of machine learning algorithms (supervised, unsupervised, deep learning, NLP, reinforcement learning)
• Familiarity with speech-specific frameworks (e.g., Mozilla DeepSpeech, OpenAI Whisper)
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles
• Experience with AWS (ec2, lambda, sagemaker,eks)
• Knowledge of containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) for research environments
• Experience with MLOps tools and principles (w&b tensorrt, optuna)

Will be plus

• Familiarity with probabilistic graphical models, causal inference, or Bayesian methods
• Background in ethical AI and fairness for speech data
• Experience with quantum ML or neuromorphic computing
• Contributions to open-source projects related to agentic workflows or speech ML
• Proficiency in LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., LlamaIndex, LangChain) and agentic workflows

Responsibilities

• Research and develop voice-centric AI models (speech recognition, TTS, spoken language understanding)
• Design and implement experimental ML models for chatbots, affiliate marketing, traffic optimization, and recommender engines
• Create and deploy production-ready agentic workflows leveraging advanced LLM orchestration patterns
• Collaborate with data engineers and developers to prototype and test new AI solutions
• Stay updated on latest AI/ML research, particularly in speech and LLM domains
• Ensure compliance with ethical AI principles and relevant regulations
• Contribute to AI research publications and foster innovation within the team
