Team Lead SSC (.NET8) 

We are looking for a Team Lead with management experience to help manage and grow our SSC in Poznan. You will be

responsible for a team of C# developers who are working in close cooperation with colleagues from our HQ in Germany. 

Tech Stack: .NET 8, EF Core, WPF, Blazor, gitlab, MS SQL, Snowflake  

Tasks: 

• Lead and manage a team of technical professionals in our shared service center 
• Oversee the delivery of technical services related to C# 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient service delivery 
• Identify problem areas in service delivery processes, troubleshoot issues, and recommend solutions 
• Drive operational performance and service excellence within the shared service team 
• Monitor team performance against defined performance and quality standards 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field 
• Proven experience in technical leadership or management roles 
• Strong expertise in C# 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to mentor and motivate team members 
• Problem-solving mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement
