We work with clients all over the world.For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for Senior Technical Business Analyst.
Core Competencies & Experience:
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Informatics, or related fields.
Business Analysis & Requirements Engineering:
5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst role.
Strong experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements using user stories, epics, and use cases.
Proficient in modeling techniques such as UML, BPMN, DFD, ERD, and system architecture diagrams.
Able to analyze complex datasets and convert data into actionable insights.
Comfortable working with structured and semi-structured data.
Technical Proficiency:
Working knowledge of SQL for data querying, reporting, and analysis.
Experience with Power BI or other BI tools for dashboard and report creation.
Ability to understand and contribute to integration specifications (e.g., APIs, data flows).
Software Development Lifecycle:
Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and DevOps culture.
Proven collaboration with development, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure delivery of quality solutions.
Business & Modeling: Confluence, Jira, Lucidchart, Visio, Draw.io
Data & BI Tools: Power BI, SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), Excel (advanced)
Development Collaboration: GitHub/GitLab, API documentation tools (Swagger/Postman)
Agile Project Management: Jira, Azure DevOps Boards, Trello (Scrum/Kanban)
Communication & Collaboration:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience working in multicultural, remote-first environments.
Language Skills (Mandatory):
English – Fluent (C1/C2) – Primary working language
Portuguese or Spanish – Fluent/Native – For regional collaboration and stakeholder interaction
German – Communicative (B1 minimum) – To interact with Zurich/Basel HQ and understand documentation or verbal communication in German when needed
Optional but Desirable:
Experience in supply chain, logistics, or pharmaceutical industry.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
Experience coordinating development teams or managing small-scale projects.
