Senior PHP Developer

The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world. For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for Senior PHP Developer.

Your duties will include:

• Designing and developing systems in PHP.

• Leading development teams.

• Translating business requirements into technical designs.

• Optimizing software for performance, security, and quality.

• Producing and maintaining technical documentation.

• Estimating development effort and timelines.

• Defining and applying software development standards.

• Proposing solutions for business needs and technical challenges.

• Collecting and analyzing software metrics.

• Managing configuration and release processes.

• Contributing to requirements analysis, testing, quality assurance, change management, and deployment.

• Building prototypes and testing tools.

• Acting as 2nd and 3rd line support.

Requirements that must be met:

• Minimum 5 years of experience with PHP.

• Higher education – bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields

• Participation in at least 3 successfully delivered projects (PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, MySQL/MSSQL).

• Proven experience in developing and deploying cloud-based applications (at least 2 projects).

• Front-end development skills: JavaScript (ES6), CSS & extensions, Bootstrap.

• Ability to design applications using UML.

• Proficiency in building data layer, business logic layer, and UI layer.

• Experience working in Scrum development teams.

• Very good English and Polish
