Senior PHP Developer

People More has been in existence for over three years and is an offshoot of one of the country's oldest interactive agencies - Insignia. The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.

For the project that we are working on with our partner, we are looking for Senior PHP Developer.

Your duties will include:

• Contributing to the modernization of our PHP-based CRM system.
• Refactoring and upgrading legacy components to newer PHP versions and frameworks.
• Optimizing and managing database interactions (MySQL).
• Collaborating with the team to improve and implement CI/CD processes (Jenkins, Docker).
• Providing technical support and mentorship to junior developers.
• Ensuring high-quality and performant code.

Requirements that must be met:

• Over 5 years of experience in PHP development, including frameworks (Symfony, Zend).
• Experience working with legacy PHP codebases and migrating to newer technologies.
• Experience in the financial industry.
• Solid knowledge of MySQL and database optimization.
• Familiarity with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes is a plus).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably Jenkins.
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Very good Polish language skills.
