Senior Fullstack Developer with Ukrainian

People More has been in existence for over three years and is an offshoot of one of the country's oldest interactive agencies - Insignia. The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.

For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for Ukrainian-speaking Senior Fullstack Developer.

Your duties will include:

• You translate complex processes and abstract requirements into program
• logic and data models.
• Design, develop, and maintain software applications using Java and React/Angular/Vue
• Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code following best practices and
• coding standards
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team
• members
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and performance issues
• The occasional implementation of smaller user interfaces or support with
• DevOps tasks is also no problem for you.
• Supporting product management and sales with technical aspects of the
• requirements analysis

Requirements that must be met:

• 6+ years of experience in creating Java applications and Java-based web
• applications, preferably using the Spring framework (Spring Core, Spring
• Security, …)
• Proven experience in frontend development with React or Angular or Vue
• Experience in development of of the Electronic Regulatory Platform (ERP)
• Experience in GeoInformation tools and tools for end users as components of ERP, eg. Geo ArcGIS, Ookla, Chatbot
• Experience in Price comparison tools
• Knowledge of SQL and SQL databases (MS SQL Server, Oracle) as well as
• NoSQL and Hibernate
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Knowledge of API design and integration
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Very good Ukrainian, English and Polish
• Good design skills
