People More has been in existence for over three years and is an offshoot of one of the country's oldest interactive agencies - Insignia. The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.
For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for Senior Fullstack Developer.
Your duties will include:
- You will contribute your ideas to the conception or further development of our software solutions and influence strategic architectural decisions in order to develop scalable, highly available and future-proof systems.
- You will work on backend and frontend developments to support a wide range of e-mobility use cases.
- You will ensure technical excellence in the team by conducting regular code reviews and ensuring thoughtful testing.
- You will work in an agile team that continuously looks for improvement opportunities and values collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Requirements that must be met:
- At least 5 years of experience in software development with Java and Spring Boot as well as in agile working methods
- Minimum 3 years of experience in front-end development, preferably with Angular
- Sound knowledge of database technologies such as MySQL/MariaDB or Postgres and know-how in performance tuning
- Experience with container and cloud technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes and AWS
- You enjoy working in a team, have a cooperative and constructive attitude and promote the exchange of knowledge
- You are able to communicate complex technical issues clearly
- Experience with NoSQL solutions (e.g. MongoDB, Redis)
- Very good English and Polish (minimum C1), German will be a plus
- Experience in the field of electromobility is a plus
