People More has been in existence for over three years and is an offshoot of one of the country's oldest interactive agencies - Insignia. The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.
For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for Senior Angular Developer.
Your duties will include:
The project focuses on modernizing and updating the legacy 3-tier system interface, which has been operating with an outdated interface for many years. The system is written in JSP technology. The aim is to renew the user experience by updating the screens and integrating modern technologies in both the frontend and backend. This update seeks to improve usability and performance, enable new feature integration, and ensure compliance with current development standards. The transformation is carried out in an agile and collaborative environment, with development and QA teams working closely together.
Another goal is the extension of the functionalities based on customer needs.
Requirements that must be met:

Angular Expertise & UI/UX Evolution: Master-level proficiency in designing and building highly dynamic, responsive, and performant user interfaces using Angular. Demonstrated ability to evolve existing Angular applications, re-architect components for scalability, and enhance user experience while maintaining consistency with established design principles.

PrimeNG Framework & Component Architecture: Extensive experience with the PrimeNG component library, leveraging its full capabilities to create rich, interactive, and accessible web applications. Proven ability to customize, extend, and optimize PrimeNG components to meet specific R&D requirements, and contribute to a reusable component library.

API Integration & OpenAPI Specification: Strong capability in consuming and integrating with complex RESTful APIs, with a focus on seamless front-end to back-end communication. Proficient in utilizing OpenAPI Specifications (Swagger) for efficient API understanding, integration, and collaboration, particularly when connecting to new or existing back-end services.

Proactive & Collaborative Mindset: A must-have for this role, we expect a highly proactive and contributing individual who takes initiative to identify challenges, propose innovative solutions, and actively participates in all phases of the development lifecycle, from design to deployment and optimization.

We have an office in Krakow, but if you like to work remotely, that’s absolutely fine. Over the next few months, we plan to continue working this way. After that, you decide according to what you prefer. We are OK with fully remote work. For us, you can be located anywhere. :)
