Job description

We are technological, but we look at the bigger picture :)People More has been in existence for over three years and is an offshoot of one of the country's oldest interactive agencies - Insignia. The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for SAS Technology & Compliance Specialist.


Your duties will include:

  • Develop and support solutions using SAS AML, SAS eGRC, and SAS EMiner

  • Integrate SAS applications with external systems using APIs, MQ, brokers, and gateways

  • Translate business needs into technical solutions across OT (Operational Technology) and IT systems

  • Collaborate with stakeholders in product/service development using modern project and program management methodologies

  • Work in Windows and UNIX/Linux environments to support development and operational needs

  • Follow SDLC best practices, including both Waterfall and Agile methodologies

  • Maintain deep understanding of banking operations, systems, and compliance requirements

 

Requirements that must be met:

  • Proven hands-on experience with SAS technologies, especially SAS AML, eGRC, and EMiner

  • Solid knowledge of integration technologies (MQ, API gateways, brokers)

  • Strong background in banking IT systems and compliance platforms

  • Experience working in regulated financial environments

  • Strong understanding of project and program delivery methodologies

  • Experience in translating business and compliance needs into operational technical solutions

  • Proficient in Windows and UNIX/Linux environments

  • Knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall development lifecycles

  • Very good English and Polish
