The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change!

We work with clients all over the world.For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for SAP HCM Consultant.

Your duties will include:

• Support and further development of SAP HCM modules (especially PA, OM, PY, PT)

• Analysis and implementation of legal requirements within the SAP HCM environment

• Customizing and error analysis across relevant modules

• Support with monthly and yearly closing activities in Payroll

• Advisory support to HR departments regarding technical and process-related matters

• Coordination of external service providers and collaboration with internal IT teams

• Documentation and quality assurance of implemented solutions

Requirements that must be met:

• Several years of experience as an SAP HCM Consultant, ideally in a freelance environment

• Deep knowledge of the PA, OM, PT modules and ideally PY

• Hands-on experience with customizing and implementing legal requirements

• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working

• Excellent command of German (written and spoken)

• Willingness for occasional business trips to Germany
