People More P.S.A.
Hello,
We are called People More because we treat our employees with respect, but also because the projects we work on are for people and should be easy and pleasant to use. We are technological, but we look at the bigger picture :)
People More has been in existence for over three years and is an offshoot of one of the country's oldest interactive agencies - Insignia. The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.
For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for SAP Expert (DRC / KSeF)
Your duties will include:
Act as a subject matter expert in SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) with a strong focus on the Polish National e-Invoicing System (KSeF).
Lead technical and business aspects of SAP e-invoicing integration with KSeF.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and support deployments.
Provide advisory services to internal teams and external clients.
Design interface solutions, map data, and troubleshoot issues in SAP S/4HANA and ECC.
Prepare documentation, user guides, and deliver training sessions.
Monitor changes in Polish e-invoicing regulations and SAP product updates.
Requirements that must be met:
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in configuring and supporting SAP DRC, especially for e-invoicing solutions.
Experience with vendor invoice management systems (e.g., Basware).
Strong understanding of KSeF requirements, including FA(3) XML format, invoice transmission protocols, electronic signatures, and archiving regulations.
Solid experience in SAP FI, SD, and/or MM.
Proven skills in integrating SAP with government platforms (e.g., KSeF) using APIs, connectors, or middleware.
Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to lead or co-lead projects and manage timelines.
Excellent written and spoken communication in Polish and English.
Willingness to travel to Kraków and Radom
What we offer:
We are open and honest and we solve problems instead of generating them.
Maybe it’s obvious, but we really respect our employees and associates. We used to be software developers, too, and we appreciate that job!
A small team
An international working environment and international projects
Private medical care
Sports card
Training courses
Work that is hybrid (onboarding onsite)
