SAP Architect (German- speaking)

People More has been in existence for over three years and is an offshoot of one of the country's oldest interactive agencies - Insignia. The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.

For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for SAP Architect.

Your duties will include:

• Architectural design of SAP landscape migration from R/3 IS-U to S/4HANA Utilities
• Lead the integration strategy between legacy systems and cloud-based solutions (MaCo Cloud)
• Collaborate closely with functional teams, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical design with business goals
• Define interface and data migration strategies
• Support the development of roadmaps, blueprints, and technical documentation
• Ensure compliance with best practices and SAP architecture standards
• Participate in workshops and decision-making processes on-site in Germany
• Monitor and optimize system performance, scalability, and security

Requirements that must be met:

• 5+ years of experience in SAP architecture, preferably in the utilities sector
• Hands-on experience with SAP IS-U and SAP S/4HANA Utilities
• Deep understanding of SAP landscape transformation and system integration
• Familiarity with MaCo Cloud or similar cloud platforms
• Proven track record in large-scale SAP migration or transformation projects
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Willingness to travel to and work on-site in Germany on a regular basis
• Very good German and English
