Pega Lead Business Analyst (Location: Netherlands)

The company is made up of people with a huge client base in the country and abroad, for whom we build projects from scratch (UX, UI, frontend, backend, mobile) or in part. We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! We work with clients all over the world.For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for Pega Lead Business Analyst (Location: Netherlands).

Your duties will include:

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and refine requirements

• Translate business needs using Pega Blueprints, App Studio, and Constellation

• Lead bi-weekly sprint demos to maintain transparency and alignment

• Drive user engagement and champion adoption strategies

• Ensure delivery compliance with Rabobank’s agile, security, and quality standards

• Write clear, testable user stories with solid acceptance criteria

• Support and collaborate with the development team throughout the delivery process

Requirements that must be met:

• Strong hands-on experience with Pega App Studio, Blueprint, and Constellation

• Solid understanding of the Financial and Economic Crime (FEC) domain

• Proven skills in communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement

• Experience working in diverse, international teams

• A proactive mindset, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in complex environments

• Very good Dutch 

• Hybrid work model – based in the Netherlands (minimum 2 days per week onsite)
